1. I then went on to put the new sheets on and they didn't fit as this was a king bed.

3. I called the front desk they offered to switch us into a different room however we had already unpacked everything and being after 1am we didn't want to move everything so I asked for new sheets about 15 minutes later someone came and handed me new sheets no apology or anything.
