4. Positives -- location, views from the upper floors ( I've stayed on both sides ), common areas, free computers usage in lobbies, coffee shop, restaurant ( esp breakfast buffet ), service by employees, large room, great bedding, nice TV's, brand new LifeFitness equipment in gym.

5. The price for our room was pretty steep ($279 a night), but it was comparable to other hotels downtown because of the Nashville new Year celebration and the Music City Bowl occurring during the same time as our stay.

8. This hotel is directly connected to the current Nashville Convention Center (a new Convention Center is scheduled to open in 2013).

9. The bathroom seemed newly remodeled and was nice -- I did not have any of the mold issues I've seen reported on here.
