1. When I called to discuss the issue with the general manager, we talked for about 10 seconds, the call was lost, and when I called back, it went to voice mail and i NEVER heard from him again.

6. The Homewood Suites is in a very generic 'blink or you will miss it' building (I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find how to get into it) next to Morton's and across from the library.
