1. Management got the issue corrected, after, WE HAD TO PROVE that we (black) guest indeed made reservations, had been assigned the room and had CC on file that they had already charged.

2. Make sure you go in the correct garage too, because there is no sign telling you which garage to park in and if you park in the library garage, they do not accept the Homewood pass and you have to pay.
