1. There were plenty of choices for us (waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk), and we were able to fill up easily.

Although there was plenty of room for the bed to be positioned in the centre of the room, with lots of room either side, the bed was put right next to the wall with only about a foot gap between the edge of the bed and the wall so it was very awkward to get in and out of bed and there was not enough room for a nightstand on each side of the bed.
