5. The staff were really friendly and made sure we were happy and would go extra mile for us, They have a schedule on their shuttle to Opryland and they took us even though we missed the shuttle one morning on a special trip.

7. Its light clean and airy and you are greeted by the most wonderful lady on the front desk(Kathy),she was warm and welcoming and only too happy to help with any information we needed including supplying sticky plasters for a sore toe.
