7. The desk folks were quite friendly and there were plenty of luggage carts available for use by guests (it was unclear whether there were bellmen if you wanted them, but I generally prefer to just schlep my own stuff using a hotel cart).

9. If you are planning a meeting and are considering this place because of their plentiful meeting space, select it only if you are willing to put up with some people asking you why you booked your meeting in such a dump .
