Now I'm not asking for staff to bow down when they see me or any guest arriving, but given that it's our dollars that ultimately pay for their salaries (as long as we keep patronizing their hotels), shouldn't I expect at least some sort of welcome?? We get the surly attitude already from the airlines and airport staff and now it seems like the hotel guys are doing it too.
