4. The rooms are brand new and huge with a seating area with L-shaped couch, bar with built-in fridge, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, separate changing area with closet and a little den-like area.

6. Now I'm not asking for staff to bow down when they see me or any guest arriving, but given that it's our dollars that ultimately pay for their salaries (as long as we keep patronizing their hotels), shouldn't I expect at least some sort of welcome?? We get the surly attitude already from the airlines and airport staff and now it seems like the hotel guys are doing it too.

8. Breakfast was better than expected with a nice choice of cereals, fruit and pastries/bread----I especially liked the coffee which was good but unfortunately was not refilled (2 of 3 urns went empty when i showed up around 8:30 am).

10. There was a divider which separated the sleeping area from the living room so it made it seem like two rooms.
