1. Also, our bathroom didn't have towels in it and we had to ask for them which makes me wonder how well they cleaned the bathroom.

2. The hotel and rooms were clean, the staff friendly (Vance is the best I've seen anywhere in country at making everyone feel welcome and appreciated), and the Anchorage hotel restaurant a desirable choice for breakfast and dinner.
