We stayed at the Renaissance in Cleveland Ohio the previous week, every member of staff there went out of there way to make us feel welcome, at the Clarion the only staff member who made any effort was either Mike or Mark a grey haired chap on reception, the others appeared not to be Interested in looking after there customers.
