1. Service is sub-par, and has not necessarily been abhorrent, but each time I stay there the staff is fairly cool - and not welcoming like you might see elsewhere.

4. For those who don't like heights, I give you fair warning haha :) The elevators are glass so you can see out it as you go up and down which is cool.
