3. The hotel charges for internet, ok for major names, but c'mon even the cheaper hotels give it away for free these days and Hyatt is not what I consider to be major in the US.

4. For what we paid for the room, we could have probably stayed at a cheaper hotel, and gotten free internet and breakfast, but certainly not in a location like the Hyatt is in.
