5. On the website, the hotel brags about their beautiful rooftop area, but both times we tried to go up, we were turned away by staff because of private parties.

6. I would strongly suggest if anyone is interested in Hotel Metro before you book based on pictures read the reviews because the pictures although beautiful do not tell the true story of this hotel.

9. We had a wonderful room on the 6th floor with sitting area with flat screen tv, bedroom with very comfortable bed (and other tv), beautiful, modern bathroom with large tub with European shower and (as noted) Aveda products.
