2. A/c was noisy but white noise, so probably better than hearing outside street noise.

3. The breakfast area could have been monitored a little better -- by 8am there was no waffle batter, and I scraped out the last small spoonful of eggs, meaning the next person to come along was out of luck.

4. They moved us to a room that smelled musty and had a really crappy view, so we asked if they had something else and finally got a little bit better of a room.

5. The 6th floor ballroom was great for our meeting- but it could have used additional power access (power strips, extension cords) for 25+ computers (we'll be sure to coordinate this better ahead of time for next year - and they did a great job accommodating us on short notice.
