3. The 6th floor ballroom was great for our meeting- but it could have used additional power access (power strips, extension cords) for 25+ computers (we'll be sure to coordinate this better ahead of time for next year - and they did a great job accommodating us on short notice.

4. Our room wasn't available due to lack of housekeeping staff and the front desk clerk did nothing to proactively accommodate us even with our insistence there was something to be done.
