1. The manager stopped by our room to check on us, found out it was our birthday, came back within a few minutes with bottle of champagne, dessert plate with lit candles, while she and her staff sang happy BIrthday to us.

2. after finding out that I was celebrating, Valerie celebrated me with her version of 'happy Birthday' and on behalf of the hotel, offered me a special thoughtful treat -small basket of Fresh Fruit and a gift card to apply to any treatment in the Wellness SPA.

3. Be warned that there appear to be maintenance issues in some of the guestrooms, but as long as you can live with them, then you should be happy enough with your stay at the Pfister.

7. The customer service on all levels was amazing, the Mason Street grill was great ( I was a bit worried about it being kid firendly) but the server went above any beyond to make sure they were happy .

8. We came to Milwaukee for the ordination of a friend of ours and by a happy chance ended up at the Pfister which is only about 3 blocks from the Cathedral.
