1. So here's my opinion:Rooms: It wasn't fancy, but had a brand new bathroom, comfy beds, spacious, and clean.

2. The door lock was a little tricky but worked, TV worked and had a lot of basic cable channels, bed was nice and comfy and had three pillows.

3. I didnt like my first allocated room and they happily changed it and the second one was fine: comfy beds, clean sheets, air con worked fine.

Pluses: ++ great room rate for Miami area++ conventient area to get to Miami, Miami Shores, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale++ quiet++ wonderful pool and pool area++ secure parking++ tile floors (none of those don't-know-what's-in-them carpets++ quiet A/C that does not blow directly on the bed like many upscale places++ free WIFI++ TV works and get more channels than I get at home++ really comfy beds.
