3. My family and I had a fantastic stay, from we entered the front doors we felt welcome when greeted by a european woman with a great smile and a wonderful personality during our whole stay.

4. Because of the wonderful assistance they received every time they left and returned to the hotel, they had a much easier time utilizing and enjoying all the amenities offered by the El Palacio and surrounding area.

5. The Priority Club Floor located on the 8th floor and has a wonderful view but dingy comforters.
