3. Did they think we were happy about sitting in rooms watching soggy acoustic tiles fall onto our presenters? Did they think we enjoyed sitting in a ballroom that was well over 100 degrees for a day and a half? I was speechless.

7. It had a sumptuous bathroom with incredible green marble sink (that`s kind of unusual - green marble - a touch of class), separate shower and tub, separate toilet behind a door, creme colored marble floor, great bath/spa products - we were so happy.
