5. The grounds it self are beautiful, the rooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable although they could be a little bigger, and the pool is great but it closes at 10pm which is way to early especially for Miami we arrived at 9:30 and couldn't even go swimming, but there were several things that were very disappointing for an expensive hotel, there was mold in the shower and the paint was peeling off the shower top, there was only one shampoo and conditioner for a family of 4 and it just smells old even though everthing is new looking.
