1. The positive- the location is across the street from an outdoor area that has great food, live music, shopping and on the water (bay).

It is in an excellent position right opposite the Bayside Market with a plethora of shops to suit every taste, dozens of restaurants and bars catering for all, from seafood (try Bubba Gumps), oyster bars, Italian bistros, Chinese restaurants and many, many more, right on the waterfront of the pretty and bustling marina.
