1. Checkout was great fast and straight to the point and since this was our first time in miami they helped us get a cab to the port.

2. we got there a day before our cruise and They was doing construction to the hotel but that was okay as well not a big mess it was still very clean check out was fast our room was clean and had no complaints about that.

8. I went to the business center and it was worst: The system log me on and it started a timer (20 minutes / person) but it took me 18 minutes to log into my email account (that's how fast it was).
