2. The free screens in reception were great as we could check in on-line for our flight and I found that when I explained to the teenagers who were using them that all I needed to do was to check in they offered to come off line for a few minutes for me which was appreciated.

3. They stored the luggage for us when we had to check out a couple of hours before leaving for the port and the airport and prebooked a suitable taxi vehicle for us which could take us, the luggage and the wheelchair which was greatly appreciated.

4. Crystal in particular offered to take us and collect us from the mall in the hotel shuttle so I had less distance to push the wheelchair which was a great help.

10. The location was perfect - near the airport but far enough so you don't hear the noise; in the same parking lot as the Dolphin Mall which was great for both food and shopping; and near the turnpike for access to everywhere.
