2. Often the cruise companies book you into more luxury hotels which are lovely but do not have shops and restaurants nearby and as you usually do not have a car for such a short stay we find this hotel is a much better option.

7. The pool is ideal and a real suntrap (Igot a better tan here than down at the beach) if you don't mind the background traffic noise.

9. )As I may have said in a previous review of a Hilton or the Conrad, I think that even though Hampton is not full service hotel, it may very well be a better value than it`s more expensive cousins.

10. The free breakfast is good for a free breakfast but if you want something better, there is a Roasters and Toasters restaurant about a half mile south on US 1 which is pretty good.
