1. Location in the funky and lively Brickell neighborhood makes it convenient to just about all the major areas of action in the city center.

4. It is also across the street from a Miami Metro station, which was very convenient when we didn't want to take the car to meetings, restaurants, etc.

6. )Items To Be Aware Of:- This property is not well-designed for people looking to party in South Beach since the location isn't very convenient to that area- The outdoor rooftop pool is nice but it is separated from the rest of the hotel and lounge chairs are limited- As other reviewers have mentioned, you'll spend a lot of time riding elevators.

8. The hotel is in the business district so its not loud like South Beach, but is conveniently located making it easy to take a quick taxi ride to the beach.
