1. Yes, you have to take one set of elevators to the lobby, then another to the guest rooms, but who cares.

2. It is very conveniently located, valet parking is expensive but very prompt, and the Concierge service takes very good care of any transportation or local reservation needs.

3. Having stayed for an extended period and having such a poor experience I expected to have something happen at the front desk upon checkout - a free night, extra points - something, anything to indicate that the organization cared about our experience in their building.

4. Staff would always say hello and ask how we were, what we were up to today and seemed like they genuinely cared about their guests, which is almost unheard of.

5. The only thing to be careful of is the car parking fee, it was $26 a night so its best to really think about whether you actually need a car or not (unlike us, we parked our car in the underground car park and didn't use it during our stay at all - not the best idea at $26 a night.

7. The front desk manager returned, started to explain why we were charged incorrectly, and then stopped mid-sentence with 'Do you even care why it's wrong?' Confused by her sudden change of decorum (limited service hotel style.

8. The next morning I went to speak with the manager on duty and was given alot of attitude and the impression that he could care less, and I should be glad that I was even staying at their hotel.

9. Hilton Diamond treatment nothing special here but the hotel aspires to 4 Seasons care -- shoe shines, turn downs with wooden trays, overpriced breakfasts.
