1. Perhaps if I were a golf enthusiast, this resort would have received higher reviews, but for someone here on a business trip, the trek to any of Miami's attractions encourages low remarks from my perspective.

2. Most Staff were extremely helpful and enthusiastic especially the ladies, the guys would be helpful but pale in comparison to the ladies and in some cases you get the feeling they just cant help because they just don't know much.
