1. From checking in to checking out the staff could not have been nicer, There were frequent message on the phone, letting us know about activities and service issues, as well as making sure we were happy with our accommodation.

3. However, the front desk clerk was very accommodating in offering a similar unit in Building 5, which was a perfect place for us, as it's near the pool but not right overlooking the pool and lobby/arrival area.

6. The accommodations were nice & clean with 2 separate bedrooms, pullout sleeper sofa, big tub w/separate shower in master bedroom, additional bathroom connected to second bedroom, 3 TVS, DVD player, full kitchen and washer & dryer.
