3. A security guard came to the desk and she began speaking to him in Spanish about me, not realizing that with 4 years of Spanish I can understand certain things, as well as the fact that it was rude behavior also.

7. Free outdoor parking and the entire area is surrounded by a wrought iron fence, so I felt somewhat secure.
