1. On the whole, the suite was reasonably furnished, with flat screen TVs in each bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a small dining nook in the kitchen.

2. I had two requirements for booking a hotel in Miami: it had to be reasonably convenient to both the airport and the port of Miami, and it had to be able to accomodate separate sleeping areas for my parents and for my husband and I.

7. Clearly, this is not a luxury property, but if you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced to stay and want to feel comfortable, well-looked after and enjoy a nice breakfast to boot, this is an excellent choice.

8. The main reason for choosing this hotel, and not the Hyatt downtown, was because of the supposedly free shuttle service from the airport.

9. The tv channels seemed a bit hit and miss - half the channels were not available for some reason and that could have been annoying on a longer stay.
