It is not located in SoBe which may be a drag for those seeking the nightlife and restaurants there, however having lived in SoBe for 3 years and being now a frequent visitor, I think I have found a new place to stay, I would not care that it's not at the beach, and if I want to plan a beach day, I would drive to it but then return to the comfort and good food of this hotel.
