She greeted me professionally, called to make sure everything in my room was up to standards, helped with a confusion of replicated reservations (saving me money), made an excellent restaurant recommendation, and even offered to cover the cost of a private taxi ride to the Port of Miami when the shuttle became overbooked.

10. we have just returned from usa and once again spent 3 nights at this good value hotel, ,staff most helpful, rooms clean and spacious, with an excellent breakfast, swimming pool, laundry, and fitness suite, free air port shuttle, an ideal stop over, we ll be back.
