1. After dinner my husband went to the desk to get a key to our new room and expressed his displeasure with the fact that we had been told that the downstairs bedroom had a door.

3. I new I had a problem when the gentleman asked if I wanted to be in the front or the back but the back is where the train runs through.

4. We stayed in a studio suite which was newly redone, it was incredibly nice for what we paid 109$ per night we stayed two nights dec 30 and the 31 on the 31 we had some problems with a party going on above us; however it was taken care of very promtly and with a great attitude.

5. The front desk staff is polite and accomodating, and moved me to a new room right away, but the 2nd was no better than the first.
