4. The hotel staff allowed us a general meeting room in which to gather at any time, the rooms were clean, and there is a hot breakfast buffet which was very good.

5. Conclusion, I would stay here again, if just passing through town (which we were), also if I got a good deal (we had used points to pay for the whole room, so it was essentially free).

10. The hotel looks like it was converted from an old apartment building and while some of these issues are just general maintenance issues, most of the problems could be remedied by a good housekeeping staff.
