1. There is a cooked breakfast every morning with an open kitchen area where you can tell the cook directly how you would like your breakfast.

2. Well it did not smell like urine but I have a list of problems: bugs on the bathroom wall, dirt along all floor boards and vents, couch visibly dirty, old and torn, ottoman leg gone, carpet sticky, hard floor slippery, etc etc.
