1. Other than that I have nothing to complain about; the staff was accommodating and friendly, the free happy hour was nice and we will definitely stay here again when we come to Memphis.

The staff members are fantastic and very accommodating, the hotel is very updated and clean, the breakfast and manager's reception are always great, there is a restaurant onsite, when large groups are in the hotel you can still enjoy your stay, the area is great with plenty of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc.

7. For my family which we tend to go out to eat, the Bartlett section of Memphis seems to be more accommodating as far as distance to where we needed to go.
