1. Pool area and other common areas seem generally well maintained, if a little rough around the edges at times.

4. First time to Graceland, was very surprised about the general area outside of this hotel other than Graceland itself - very said state of Elvis Presley blvd - lots of closed stores and run-down areas.

5. I was actually glad we stayed there cause the area felt more like 'Memphis' than some generic 'Mall' area like our friend's hotel in Germantown.
