The following morning i approached the hotel manager and kindly requested a top floor room if one was availlable,but was told that the hotel was full,however,i was then informed i could have the Penthouse suite for an extra $180 which i declined,they did inform us that the lucky chap and his missus making all the noise were checking out that day so my partner and i chanced it,we did have a very quite and lovely nights sleep and i'm positive the hotel was not fully booked that night as we would have heard someone in the room above,i'll let you come to your own conclusion on wether or not we were being sold the Penthouse suite for no reason other than getting extra $ out of us,i felt this let the hotel down in my opinion.
