6. The location means you have to drive into downtown Memphis, although parking at the hotel is free and easy and parking in Memphis was simple and reasonable enough and a taxi fare was only about $10.

7. When we arrived, the staff had upgraded us for free to the Penthouse because it was a quiet night for them and they thought we would like the extra space as we are traveling with our one year old son.

8. There is a computer and printer which is free to use which came in handy for printing our boarding passes and coffee is provided in the mornings on all floor landings which is a nice touch.
