1. convenient to all that the downtown has too offer including restaurants, Beale Street, the Orpheus Theatre, Peabody and on and on.

7. When we stopped at the Memphis Visitors Center just as we crossed the Mississippi River we asked about convenient places to stay and were told Comfort Inn had a $99 special, so we went right over.
