9. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the downtown Memphis area but doesn't have the cash for a better 'name' hotel (Westin, Peabody etc.

10. We were upgraded to a better room because I mentioned we had never visited their city and ended up with a view of the Mississippi and a large corner room which looked like it had been remodeled recently.
