4. i have read a few negative reviews about this hotel and when i got here - i just could not understand what on earth they were on about? the location is amazing - right by some shops, about 20 secs from a metro station (good because it connects you to the entire city) 30 secs to a bus stop that takes you around santa monica and rodeo drive and just in a nice and safe place.

5. The receptionist was so nice, she gave me a free breakfast coupon for an extra person in my room for free and she didn't charge me for parking (they only have valet parking there).

7. The full ceiling to floor windows afforded a nice view, but because that side was all window it was very loud with outside noise.

9. She was very nice and friendly, she even sent someone up with the new room number and keys so I didnt have to go back downstairs.
