1. The front desk staff were very pleasant , two of the staff namely Cade and Brendon were very helpful and as I arrived on an early flight from Australia they made every effort to ensure that I had a check-in before the usual 3pm.

9. Ill fitting sheets (nearly all rooms), uncontrollable thermostat (2 rooms), hot water that runs out (a couple of rooms), two towels for three people (all rooms), blocked toilet (three rooms), broken phone (our room) and a full range of desk staff from rude to extremely helpful.
