1. We parked our car directly opposite the hotel most nights for free (one night it was busy so we parked just around the corner, again for free) and avoiding the $28 nightly valet fee at the hotel.

4. There are inhouse laundry facilities but only one machine for the whole hotel but we found most guests were sending things off for drycleaning anyway so the machines were always free.

7. The reception staff had lots of great ideas for tours and sight seeing and ensured that our stay was a worry free one.

If internet access is not a major issue for you, then the Coventry is a great place -- conveniently located, nice enough accommodations, and free parking -- but if you require internet access during your stay, do not book here unless they can assure you that they have resolved the issues they were having in the summer of 2009.

10. We came back to the Coventry after staying here once before, and it was as we'd remembered it, with one major exception -- the "free high-speed internet access" they promise was not working, and never worked the whole time we were there.
