1. We also liked that we had somewhere secure to park our vehicle without having to worry about safety.

7. The rooms are secure, clean but a bit small; I wouldn`t want to stay there with more than one other person or perhaps 2 very tiny people.

10. I have not walked there as I just needed to go to a place at Franklin Ave so I can not state if the area is secure or not but it looked ok to me at a first glance.
