The minuses the heating/cooling is not adequate enough, and the 'Inn' is really a motel covered with a glass facade (It does help block the noise of Highland Ave-which is very busy all day and night), the rooms are small and there is no continental breakfast (for those who are on a budget on $ and time it`s nice to have).
