4. I heard this comment several times -- LAX needs a public transportation system, like a LRT or subway or monorail that goes down Century Blvd that could efficiently, quickly and easily service all the hotels.

9. We had a problem with our room (didn't like the view facing out into the parking lot) and the front desk was so quick with getting us a room that walks right out to the courtyard at no extra cost.
