1. Things did get better when the day-shift crew came in and the usual shiny, happy attitude returned, but by then the damage was done.

4. The rooms facing into the center of the property are probably a better experience as the inner ambience is warm and inviting while the GNC sign in our window was not.

9. The attached restaurant had excellent breakfast, in fact, the food was better than at 'Toast', out daughter's favorite breakfast place.

10. And the only two recommendation I can make to the hotel is to get better pillows, for me it makes a huge difference on a good night sleep, and the pillows were the only thing I can nip pick out of a great stay experience and the second one is to heat the pool.
