1. In addition to these problems, I got the impression that no one really cared about little things like this, but they are happy to charge $25/day for parking and $13/day for internet.

5. Not happy with having to pay extra for in-room internet but the other services we used were good - in-room dining was really yummy and we got to hang out in the lounge waiting for our flight for a few hours.
